    But not updated and working correctly for me yet,

    Force season ticket reload does nothing on my i-phone and have logged out and in again,

    Will keep trying on other days as maybe i haven't got enough member points to be upgraded to season 23/24 yet

    My App hasn't updated, that said, I have a card, I wonder whether that has updated. If not, maybe fun and games at the turnstiles on 12th August

    I think it is our tinpot club sadly,
    Today i put my miss marple head on and went onto the App Store, click bottom right, search bradford city and update that App and hey presto the season tickets get updated to 23/24

    So why didn't the club e-mail us to say if the force download not working, try this?

    Cheers mate, just done as you and Idle said and it’s worked.

    Yes it needs communicating from someone, as I’ve never had to search an app to do an update so was unaware.

    I agree. The App continually failed initially as though it was in a loop,

    Unfortunately I couldn't find a way to update the App on my android phone having never had the need to do so for any other app. I usually receive a notification when apps require an update. In the end, I had to uninstall the App on the phone and reinstall it. That all worked and I now have an ST for the new season. I guess there are still others out in cyber world who remain unaware of the issue.

    There is 3 weeks until the first match, there isn't a rush. They could easily be making sure the new update works fine then send out emails before the first game.

    Mine updated automatically with all my other apps. Maybe your settings only update weekly or something. You normally wouldn't know if an app needed updating until it did.

    Is it the case that if you have retained your card from last season, renewed the season ticket for the same seat etc, that the same card can be used this season ?

    Season tickets for the 2023/24 campaign will be taken OFF SALE at 5.00pm on Friday August 11.

    First going on sale at an early bird rate on March 23, season tickets were then taken off sale, before being made available again at their current prices on May 29.

    With close to 15,000 season tickets secured for the coming campaign, supporters now have until the day before the City’s first home match of 2023/24 to secure their place.

    Last season's total was announced at 14,190 in September so that looks like good progress.
