    I asked about my season ticket/card for the coming season when I called into the shop last week and was asked if I still had last season's card. When I said that I had I was told it would be re-activated for the coming season (just as well I asked).

    What if you find someone sat in your new seat and they don't have a code reader when you are trying to prove its actually your seat . Pedantic I know :grinning:

    My app has also now been updated but will not now load. Not sure if this update has a problem or who to contact. Old version worked ok but only showed last season's ticket.

    There is definitely a bug in today's update which, it seems, is affecting some users. Hopefully, they will sort it quickly.

    When I first tried to open the app, after the update, I got this rather worrying message:

    Mine was still showing last seasons , went into the App Store updated the app hey presto 23/24 season ticket appears
