If a sizeable offer comes in we will accept no doubt, Cliftons a good player and can play anywhere apart from CB or striker pretty much a lower league Milner . I think league 1 is his max though , technically he's pretty poor .

Looking at the transfers to date ( as of 1700 hrs) in L2 .

There is little movement , save us and Gillingham, whatsoever with the “ top “ sides doing very very little business.

This means money is extremely tight, they are happy to stand still or they are going to fill their boots with loans.

Perhaps a combination of all of the above?

It means there is plenty of time in the window and a lot of teams are waiting for loans which don’t often come to fruition until late on

He's not our best player but everyone loves him because he's a hometown player - all about opinions of course . But if for him and us it's a beneficial move I would take it - every player has a price and all that .

Let's not upset posters who post once a month on here and go to a thread and expect every post to stay on topic. I suppose its better than having my spelling corrected because I misspelt a players name .

I've had no further information with regards new faces but if I do this forum will be the first to know.

 

To be honest though, your spelling does leave a lot to be desired sometimes...
