Look, Cook offers the team nothing and yes he scored scores but other all is game play is rubbish.

Believe it our not City fans are saying the same about Haaland. More to football than goals.

We're in the same boat. If it wasn't for spell check, my comments would even be harder to understand :)

getting sick of the bs in this forum. A lot of people here were asking for Cook to be dropped because he wasn’t bringing other players into play an he was no longer scoring enough goals considering the chances he was being given. He was rightly dropped an nobody was complaining prior to Tuesday regarding Oliver an what he brings to the team

As for Young, it was known that he was bought for the future. The way we set up does not allow for Young to partake. We play a sole man up top who has to have some presence about him, i.e. Cook or Oliver. An we have seen that Young is shite on the wing. Im in favour of him going out on loan, but loaning him out to Barrow was pure stupidity

Perhaps part of the deal for Costelloe is that he plays every game, bit like when Simon Eastwood kept getting picked in front of Jonny Mc

Agree but don't you think that its more down to frustration more than anything?

Frustration that we are clearly capable of regularly playing well but don't. We have arguably the most talented league 2 squad for years yet are under performing.

Take out the obvious wummers on here and I think most people are reasonable fair in their criticism of the team and manager.

Kiwomya after the game had finished thought we didn’t need any more signings but when asked later in the show he said the team are crying out for a box to box midfielder.I cringe every time he’s does a Bradford city game.

Next week is massive. It should be a huge crowd with a big away following and that home crowd can work two ways. Get that early goal and the fans rocking and its three points for the taking. If we concede first, and the stats when we go behind are terrible for us, then i can see the heads dropping and Carlisle gaining confidence. I actually think if we win next week we take the third spot eventually.

To be fair to Kiwomya , he also pointed out at the time that Walker should be subbed after his first booking

But we surged up the table and at a game 42 we were just 6 points behind with a game in hand.

And note that challenge was the 'worst' of the ones I mentioned.

That first season back in league 2 as well, we got to see a far better class of opponent and it was intriguing to see how the team adjusted to that.

I've always been unconvinced that Northampton will get 3rd - but convinced about the top 2.

It's all to play for and after the previous three seasons, that's all we can realistically expect.

Well down this league looking at a possible relegation battle.

You seem most upset today. Is it because your favourite team got another hammering?

Personally, what is frustrating me at the moment is out lack of intent and our lack of chances being created.

The position we are in in the table is good. On its own, today's point was good. But we seem to be there almost in spite of our performances.

Hughes started his post match comments with "the sending off changed things" or something but what about the 50 odd minutes before that were we created little. We're those OK because we didn't start the game like a team determined to win.

No issue with losing games or drawing games but we are a poor attacking side who rely on scoring 1 or 2 goals from about 3 or 4 chances and then moan when someone misses one but they're not robots who can suddenly score after having no chances for 90 minutes.

I do feel there's a team spirit problem. When we concede our heads drop and hands go on to sides instead of motivating each other and getting behind each other. I think this bears out in our lack of coming from behind to draw or win enough but then we don't seem set up to create chances so when a team scores and defends stronger to protect their lead we are in a worse off position.

Hughes has tried to change tactics but we're pretty much where we were 6 games ago - not enough shots or players in the box for crosses and I don't see it changing. We're half way through the season. The second half will be similar to the first half and we'll either sneak into the playoffs or end up just outside and if we don't get into the playoffs it will be the fault of the management, the players they selected and tactics they chose because they've sure as hell invested into the squad this season.

What the top two do well is that they have a formula that works for them and stick to it. With us and with the scoring form of Andy Cook i don't think Hughes in his own mind thinks he's got the squad playing to the way he ideally wants. Its why Young has gone (i'm not against that either) and its why i wouldn't be surprised to see a late move for Andy Cook from someone. As it stands we are 2 points from 4th and 3 points from 12th. Certain teams are well poised to make their attack such as the strong Stockport and Swindon. And to be fair, in terms of ability there is nothing between third and 12th as it stands.

What did the Mighty Bradford city conquerors of Tuesday night do today ;) just saying what a terrible result that was and I’m still not over it but a win against Carlisle would help.

We were getting on top and then Walker got sent off. I think Hughes is right to mention this as it was a fact.

One of my mates was at the match and he's a harsh critic and said he thinks it was a deserved point.

Why do fans want to invent trauma? Why would there be a "team spirit" issue with a team that's taken as many points out of the first 25 as most of the other successful Top 7 campaigns?

I'll concede there is a character issue and that's why the heads drop. But in fairness they battled very well today.
