Retain list for next season

Agree, but I did wonder if Trueman might bring FCD back in as he was one of his youth team products

 

I'd rather have FCD in than Threlkeld. He's young and has scope for improvement. Threlkeld is just poor.

 

Hendrie is by far our best option at rb for now, FCD just isn't a rb simple and that shows as for Threlkeld I don't have a clue what he is!!

 

I'd agree, but they're both setting a very low bar. Really, we need better. Or, if we're going to carry FCD and see if he can improve, then the rest of the back 3 need to be very good (which they're not) and whoever plays in front of FCD also needs to be good, and willing to put the hard yards in to help him defensively.

 

I still think there is an argument for Sutton either as full back, wing back, or in front of the full back. Hendrie and Sutton perhaps. I even though Sutton FB with Gilliead in front of him looked a good combination. Sutton overlapping gave Gilliead an option to turning back and killing the move. Having said all that, it's probably a waste of Sutton. I know his first touch sometimes lets him down but he has pace and he is genuinely unpredictable. I hope we keep him.

 

I'm really surprised we haven't used Sutton more at right back. He's got the energy to really get up and down that flank.

 

Honestly why would you need a list?

 

Retained list? Retained post-it note should suffice.
