Does anyone know how to turn notifications off of iFollow, I get to learn city have leaked another goal about 45 seconds before I see it on screen, tried googling it but wasn’t any help?

In your app settings. Go to the settings in the phone and app management or whatever it may be called on your phone. Find the app in the list and turn off the notifications there. You won't find the option in the app itself.
