Well done lads. Really good win. Good passing. Good to pick up the confidence again after the Exeter loss.

Cheltenham looks like it'll be a really tough, low scoring game but what do we have to worry about or lose? Let's just go there, play as we have and you never know.

Very good game. Slow into the game but thats a minor criticism.

Very good team performance from front to back. Shout out to AOC, Watt but just about MOTM was Vernam

 

Great win and much improved performance. Vernam is a joy to watch, genuinely exciting to see someone direct with ability at the club and he’s ours. I’d already be trying to extend his contract 18 months isn’t enough for a player like that he could have had a hatrick today.

 

Aye, that new mahogany has made all the difference....

 

Defence was outstanding.

 

The next 5 or 6 games will determine whether we can push for the playoffs.

 

Has to be Vernham but I thought Canavan had a great games as did Evans

 

Danny Rowe changed the course of the game with some fantastic play in and around the area.
Well played teamwork very apparent in the final minutes winding the clock down.

 

You're right @StaffordBantam, there were a few saying "we'll see what happens when we lose a match", well, we have now. Stuck to their plan and had faith in it and the players showed they're growing as a team. Smashing effort.

 

And drawing upon Sparks comments, T&S certainly do deserve the applause from a VP crowd for their hard work and excellent turnaround in attitude, performance and results

 

Who'd have thought we could have even contemplated a play off place 9 games ago, and watching tonight we will get better.

 

Fantastic to come from a goal behind against genuine promotion contenders. Don’t know what was said at half time but we looked brilliant second half. Well done lads!

Well done lads that was a great game and performance. Special mention to AOC thought he was gonna get roasted by their excellent player Mendes Gomez but after a shaky start put in a right shift + a goal to boot. Another special mention to Canavan who was an absolute rock in his full debut.

 

Canavan reminds me of "Steady Eddie Youds"
No nonsense defending.

 

Really enjoyed that game. Some of the one touch football was a joy to see. A little better finishing and anticipation we could have won that comfortably. That’s a decent squad we have there.
