You would hope not. Having let Longridge go we surely won't want to rely on newly signed Matty Foulds as our only LB, especially as his best position is supposed to be left CB.
Yes, we might lose Wood for nowt in the summer but for the small fee we'd get for him now it's surely not worth the risk, unless we have another proven LB lined up.

 

Me too. I thought he was mobile and quite skillful for a big bloke. Scored some decent goals and always looked a nuisance coming off the bench. Unless he's declined since he was here I think he'd be an asset at this level.

Oldham forum seem pretty set on him going in a swap with Donaldson. They seem to think we offered around 50K and they just want a straight swap, as there is a big sell on with Rowe and the Oldham owners dont want to pay Fylde another fee. Also mention a lot that Rowe is good pals with David Wheater who's having very public issues with the Oldham owners too at the minute, might be telling him to leave asap.
