    His teams are very hard working and have a never say die sort of attitude from what I’ve read.

    I think he fits the bill more than others. The delay is because he’s away possibly as his contract ran out on 31st May with Livingston.

    Or he wants his assistant from Livingston with him and we are giving Livingston time to appoint a successor?

    Yes but, Hopkin knows the score in the English Leagues, so is not without experience albeit playing experience.

    First manager to get them back there after a 12 year absence. So can’t be that easy.

    I think it’s all about earning his stripes. He will have got used to managing players over a season, how to manage a dressing room etc. It’s not always about the league. He will have learnt a lot so he can hit the ground running with us

    I stopped reading when it referred to him as “Bradford City Star” which is a complete fabrication. I was there the night he got crippled at Darlo so sympathise, but even before that he looked very ordinary
