New CEO?

‪Where’s the new ideas ? Someone with no loyalty to anyone who can make them harsh decisions . It’s a cheap appointment and gives us absolutely nothing we didn’t already have ‬. Am sure Ryan’s are great bloke but this is just done on the cheap and could have been done months ago . Rupp get out the club

It's a brave move appointing a CEO younger than most of our forwards.

Congratulations to Ryan he has done a great job commercially. So let’s judge him on how he goes about the job not on preconceived ideas about him.

 

Our approach to improving the worst squad in living memory is not signing available players, and our approach to fixing a systemic failure in leadership is keeping the same leaders.

Further changes to come in the coming weeks and months according to the statement from the club and Rupp? Surely the time is now. Stop messing around. If Sparks has been doing the job for the last two months anyway, what are we waiting for ?

 

Is the appointment with immediate effect? If so, we might (not holding my breath) see key announcements wrt an actual plan/strategy.

We employed the under 17s bloke as the manager , now we’ve give the press officer the CEO job . Rupp should be ashamed of himself.

 

This club is an absolute joke. Now is not the time to give one of the lads a chance to see if he can do it. We needed someone new with vision, with experience and success on his CV. Not the PR guy. Just because he “cares” doesn’t make him right for the job. This club won’t be getting a single penny off me from here on out, I can’t support this.

 

In fairness, his comments about planning to run the club with transparency and better engagement with supporters is encouraging.

You know, given that in his previous role as Communications Director he's not has that opportunity.

 

Whose gonna be the new commercial director then.. and who cares.. ?
