I think there is a good chance this season will be voided, one system that seems to have been banded about is behind closed doors with all matches screened on IFollow this season and or partially next season, it’s just my opinion but I think this is the way to go until a safe answer to this Virus is found, if the majority renewed there season tickets and were given free access to ifollow it may be workable from a financial point of view for the club and the fans, if circumstances change within the 2021 season then we can all attend as usual, obviously home games would be free to season ticket holders away games you would just buy the game you want to watch, last year it was £10 per away game if you were a member on I follow, not sure if City would be able to generate the same amount through hospitality and advertising but they would certainly save on Policing and Stewards, hopefully most genuine city supporters would back the club to keep them afloat and to be fair it’s a one off year??? Hopefully

Everyone who is a genuine city fan should buy a season ticket or at least be able
To buy a season ticket to give vital funds to the club with there been a chance for more well off fans to give more etc think most fans would do this if it meant by January next year we Cleared the decks from rahics era and give the club funds to sign new players! Even if it was behind closed doors on I follow there could be like virtual bars to buy beers food yet again to provide funds! These could even be delivered by tea bar staff! Anyone who is a genuine fan wouldnt bat an eyelid to do this to keep there club a float!!

Whilst i greatly admire your sentiments in a lot of cases in this current climate a good number of fans jobs will be very much under threat and will consider paying utility bills etc as more of a priority. The club hasn't helped itself for a good few years now and has systematically destroyed a large percentage of "good will" amongst supporters just read some of the comments on here about fans not missing the Saturday afternoon disappointment and only attend as a social occasion the poor number of season tickets sold prior to lockdown would prove this point We will always wherever possible stand by the club but by the same token remember we are owned by a man reportedly to have not inconsiderable wealth granted he isn't a "football" man at heart but took his opportunity to buy the club as an investment (investments go down as well a up) and if it's true what we are led to believe declined a serious offer to purchase to the club Ask yourself how many of his other business interests are partly funded by his customer base The world is a different place now people are more conscious of how far the "pennies go" Genuine fans as you allude to which in my opinion is disrespectful to those who may not have the finances to donate to the club should be mindful of the powers that be contribution to our current plight

Suspending sales is probably a good idea as no one knows what’s going on with this season never mind next season, I was waiting till the last minute to get mine so haven’t lost out

Given the financial climate, the vast majority of supporters will have priorities elsewhere.

And I'm not sure the club in it's current guise is worth keeping afloat. We dont own anything, we're run incompetently, we have not real ambition or development plan. We need a complete reset. Maybe this virus will do us a favour and force proper change.

Any one with an interest in Bradford City are a genuine fan, there are people all over the world. Buying a season ticket for at this point a non existing season makes little sense. I think they must have had one too many in the " virtual" bar.

I have bought and payed for my season ticket and I don’t regret the fact. It will be there for when I can go again if I can.
Many people in these extraordinary times are really financially struggling but there are plenty who see £150 pounds as a drop in the ocean.
We have been fortunate enough to get our football at the cheapest price in the professional game for years. And just because we have had a couple of poor seasons it shouldn’t stop people getting behind the club if asked to.
A select tiny majority seem to want to turn their back on the club because of recent lack of success hopefully those with claret and amber running through their veins won’t.

Pleased you don't regret buying next seasons season ticket and hope at some point you will be able to use it If not I presume you are happy with your donation it must give you a feeling of great satisfaction that you are a genuine fan with claret and Amber cursing through your veins
Next time you visit take the time to wander round the city centre it will give you some idea as to how much 150.00 means to some also take a look at the attendances for games like FA C up 1st round ties it will give you a better idea as to the level of support without cheap season tickets we have
I will be donating my 150.00 season ticket expenditure to the local hospice who are struggling with vastly restricted fund raising opportunities in these times
Of course as the situation becomes clearer and we are able to attend matches i will purchase a season ticket but at the moment more worthy causes are deserving of any spare cash

I know some people are struggling I have also had anecdotal tales that some people are doing OK out of lockdown. But i totally realise that if people are struggling the last thing on their mind is football.

It comes across as what a great supporter you are and you have the money to gamble on getting no return for your purchase and that everyone regardless of not having your financial stability should do the same what's rubbish about that
Fans are not turning their back on the club because of a couple of seasons poor results if any are its because they don't see a future in its present guise

    Hmmm !!!!
People are encouraging others to donate to our club via season ticket purchases to save others at the club (in a better position) having to do so we are not the family club we were 40-50 years ago our identity has changed and not for the better

It comes across that he's over 70, getting a pension and knows he won't be clearing up this economic mess the world is in.

He won't need to leave his house to see the shops closed down, people on the streets, queues at food banks. He's done... only thing on his mind is Bradford City. Doesn't need to concern himself with life.

Where would the money come from to eventually build a new stadium for an amateur team starting in the 9th tier (or wherever it would be) of the FL?

No idea. The same place it comes from with other speculators who buy clubs I suppose.
