    Well thats fair enough and obviously tomorrow is different with the prolonged wet spell hopefully we have taken the necessary precautions (although we dont own rain covers as they dont work) but sometimes the weather is beyond the control of a club. A pitch that is playable friday may not always be on a saturday, seems unfair that a club should always cover any cost.

    Well the club in conjunction with the ref should look at the forecast and the current state of the pitch and make a decision tonight if possible if not first thing in the morning. I am not sure given the weather and the ref decision why it should fall on the club to pay the expenses. Shouldn’t the EFL be coughing up at least some of the expenses?

    Has the club made any statement regarding the chances of it getting called off, is there any contact tel numbers that supporters can ring to see what the chances are of the game going ahead it would help supporters both home and away supporters that have to travel some distance like myself.

    My understanding is that they are valid for the rearranged match or you can get a refund. I would check the club website, or send an e-mail to the Ticket Office manager Mick Lamb micklamb@bradfordcityfc.co.uk

    If it gets postponed your ticket will still be valid for the rearranged date. If you are unable to attend that fixture you will be able to get a refund

    This was the message on the club website when the Macclesfield game was postponed earlier in the season, “Tickets already purchased for the contest remain valid, though those wishing to claim a refund can do so by visiting the Utilita Energy Stadium's ticket office”. https://www.bradfordcityfc.co.uk/news/2019/november/postponed-macclesfield-clash-rearranged/

    I find the lack of communication from the Club appalling. There seems to be a total disregard for both away fans and exiled home fans, some of whom have very long distances to travel.

    Too often pitch inspections appear out of the blue at City and, in the past, postponements as well. A well run business would be keeping its customers well informed, so that they could make decisions based on the best available information. But not City, it's just silence.

    Looks like there is going to a dry spell from about 8am till roundabout the kick off so the match may go ahead but looking at the late afternoon early evening forecast it’s horrendous awful drive home
