Certainly brought Doyle down to a below average player.

When will people realise we aren't actually that good. Another game where we looked like a division below the team we were playing. Had enough of this.

Truthfully, first time I've heard it but I'm guessing it won't be the last.

I feel that the players are good enough they're just been directed enough or given enough licence.

Every fookin week we start awfully - why?? The manager has to take responsibility for that kinda shit when it happens time and time again and he has to change it!!!

    Agreed.

Bowyer looked the right appointment to steady a madhouse club, but more and more Bowyer looks like the perfect manager for an empty stadium, just like at Blackpool.

Tactics? Fine if nobody has to watch.

Poor subs? Fine if nobody notices how awful Mellor is playing.

Mentality? Fine if you're going for the safety of a bare minimum target of 7th (maybe).

    Empty stadium manager.

That's your Bradford City mentality in a sentence, right there.

Not forgetting this is his second go at getting a tune out of him
Clearly shows what a poor manager he is

I agree Bowyer is responsible but that team ain't that good. Embarrassing at times how much better Scunthorpe we're on a terrible pitch. That was a battering second half, thankfully they just couldn't get the goal their pressure deserved.

We made Lund look like Pirlo today.

Mellor made anyone on the left wing look like Bale.

We’ve got the players and I honestly think we have the manager. However something isn’t clicking. If today was similar to what I saw at Crawley, then the buck falls on the players firstly. However in these scenarios there’s often something not right from a deeper place within the club, the management.

I genuinely believe Bowyer is still good enough to get us out of this league, but what he has around me has always been the concern. That’s not going to change something between the manager and players needs to as another performance like today could be catastrophic.

Ridiculous isn’t it? Bradford City in a nutshell. Happy to watch dross week in week as long as Leeds, a team light years ahead of us. Bizarre.

Not happy at all. But takes the edge off. A couple of bottles of Old Tom is also helping.

I think Bowyer's worst sin at home is his inability to use the advantage our home crowd brings when kicking towards the home end. Parkinson played direct football but he understood how this worked psychologically and we usually had a few periods of pressure when playing towards the Kop in the second half. I don't know why but Bowyer's teams seem to do the opposite? We seem to back off and go into defensive mode in the second half when in theory we have the advantage.

A big couple of away games coming up and if we don't get a win then we could be out of the playoffs.

Exactly. We keep getting told that the pitch makes it difficult to play good passing football, but Scunthorpe passed us off the park today.
For a ten minute period in the first half we actually had some movement in our midfield. But once we got two up we reverted to eight or nine men behind the ball and conceded space and possession. We deserved to lose that game. Wonder what excuses Bowyer will come out with this time? Just dreadful.
