Odd Fascination Fordy? I don't even remember him having a shot in anger whilst playing for us so don't get why you think we are missing him? He was played wrong? He played in the centre with Akpan, Where should he have played?

 

There is two points in it and we are only four from the top. After last seasons calamity anybody with any sense would accept that

 

When you say GB is a poor manager we're not doing that badly they all seem to want to play for him and we're not just folding like we have done last season which is a massive improvement. The players have to take responsibility for their own performance. Doyle was garbage for us granted pumping it long at him wasn't the way to get the best out of him but the fact that he is now scoring screams to me that he wasn't playing as well as he could have. He fluffed his lines several times under different managers. The guy just didn't want to be here.

 

Can't believe I'm reading that about Josh Wright awful truly awful for us. The only way he was played wrong was that he got to play at all. Him and Akpan are two of the worst central midfielders I have ever seen at the club. Josh is just poor, Akpan has got it in him but doesn't show it. I'd have palmer now (who I agree isn't setting the world on fire) than either of them.

We have had and still have our fair share of "disinterested" players
Doyle being one of them you can bet he was/is interested in drawing his wages
Verdict still out on GB for me he wasnt able to motivate Doyle or unwilling to play to his strengths!!!
A run of injuries in key positions could see us fall very quickly
This weekend without Vaughan & BRE could be very interesting
