Who cares if people applauded, the result didn’t matter today it was a charity match all for a good cause

this basically. If you were a city fan clapping any of the liverpool goals today you need your head checking because they ranged from the bizarre to incredibly fortunate. As it happens though I doubt many city fans did as where I was sat it was almost as many liverpool fans.

Why discuss anything on a forum ever then? Just sit at home in silence because who cares right?

Only going from your knowledge claiming his wife.... defend him all you want, his attitude whilst he was on loan last season was questionable, I’m just going judging from today’s evidence as I don’t think he was pulling away from the ground in his car as he’d taken Klopp’s reserved parking space.... send his wife my regards though, hope she’s ok.

Gotta say, I had a quickest of looks on these boards around kick off but beyond that, had little knowledge of what was going on at vp, nor knew the score till after 7.

Now, I can be quite an arse, reckon I'm a tough nut, not shuddered by much but crikey, yep, that drew my tears.

He wouldn't have returned, why take your car out of a full car park when parking is at a premium.
He was deffo sulking and coupled with what he said about us whilst at Lincoln I think he has a poor attitude, regardless of what he has said since his return.

So you think he should feck off because he left a game with the managers permission?

With a game of such a sensitive nature to it, out of a mark of respect.... I’d of expected him to stay, regardless of the managers discretion .... thinks he’s better than the club... FU** O**

You said you shared the sentiments of the other poster, so I presumed you meant his whole post.

If not which bits do you share and which don’t you share?

Didn’t like Liverpool fans being in the home end, but at the of day we wouldn’t have sold it out without them.

Today was about getting minutes in the legs and raising as much cash as possible for a great cause.

A very emotional day. I have endless respect for Stephen Derby and cannot for a minute imagine being in his position and handling it all with such dignity. Glad he got the turnout he deserved.
