    No mate but Fridays looking good, although if the weather forcast is correct it might be a leisurely swim in the pool, potentionally high 20s low 30s to train in that sort of heat so early after returning might not be wise, maybe @brisbanebantamcan tell us ?. c

    Bloody week as water if its to hot for them...

    Try doing a pre season in Adelaide in the middle of summer... if it's not over 38 degrees it's not hot... ;)
