    So someone gets taken into their managers office and told he isn't up to the job so has the responsibility removed from him. His replacement phones in sick and the manger asks the person to cover? If that was me I'd tell the manager to feck off too.

    Whoever decided to give it to O'Connor when Caddis went off needs to have a think about it. It was never going to go down well.

    To be fair Fordy you called him out ages ago. Too many of our fans refuse to believe anything if they deem it negative. It was clear early on he was a gob shite, berating others when mistakes were made.

    I'm a third generation Bantams fan, like many of you out there. From all the stories my Grandad and Dad told me, and through everything I've experienced at Valley Parade in my 59 years of life, I don't know of any player at our so much valued club disrespecting us like this. O'Connor should never pull on the claret and amber again. Get him out of here. A total disgrace. I am SO blazing about this.

    The most he can be fined is usually 2 weeks wages, This should be done and for the next 2 years that he has on his contract and should be told to train with the kids under strict supervision that he does not speak to them, He should be offered a low pay off deal to leave or rot with the kids for 2 years effectively finishing his career

    Is o Connor one of the root causes of the season we’ve had. No respect for Drurys armband decision. Same performance level as under Collins. No respect.
    Contracted for 3 years. Disaster. Tear up his contract if we can. If we can’t make him train with the kids. Rotten to the core.
