    In all seriousness though I'm not sure its even funny any more. Has the kid done any interviews or anything. I know there have been reports from Hopkins and the like saying he has this or that but it would be nice to here from the player himself.

    It feels like a conspiracy.

    As much as it’s frustrating for us as a club and as fans it must be incredibly hard on Reeves to have such an injury problem. There is plenty of interviews with ex players who have discussed the mental health difficulties of being a professsoonal footballer and how long term injury issues can be mentally and physically challenging.

    I hope Reeves is dealing with it ok because it’s been a long time out for the guy.

    Do we know it is a mental illness? If so, I think our fans would be more sympathetic towards him if this knowledge was shared.....though given the stigma attached in general to such issues, you can understand why he might want to keep it under wraps for fear of scuppering a future move.

    If he had a genuine problem I think it's likely the club would've said something. It'd ease the pressure on him.

    And Hopkin wouldn't have commented in public about him returning to training and straight away complaining of a sore calf.

    I think he's just got a case of bottling-shithouse-itis.
