    I think he has been spending money, ie to clear debts etc., Also we have brought in three players in the closed window, and all very of them out of contract. It will not have been cheap.

    Bang on, come on back lads and cheer us to survival. Still a hard task but a few weeks ago I was genuinely fearing successive relegations and oblivion. Now I feel we can stay up and move forward.

    Absolutely fantastic news for EVERYONE connected with our great club.
    We all knew it was going to happen but it was a case of when…I didn’t think it would be before Christmas if I’m honest, but by the sounds of that statement Rupp is less than impressed with Rahic (rightly so)

    Now is the time for EVERYONE on here, everyone on Facebook, everyone on Twitter to back the club, back the club like you’ve never backed the club before, we are in a massive dogfight, we need everyone on the same page!!

    For anyone who’s going on Saturday, enjoy it, sing loud & proud!

    I know midweek games are hard for everyone to attend but wouldn’t it be bloody brilliant if as many people as possible turned out next Tuesday to the FA Cup replay?
    ER has gone, the boycott for many is now over, get yourselves to Valley Parade next Tuesday!

    Well what the living frig are we all going to talk about now..........








    O god we're bottom of the league when did that happen!!!! come to think of it when did the season start.... that Collins fella looks like a fat ginger lad who used to play for us.... Hoppy or something, mates with Molenaar .... (Spelling I know) We seem to be playing a youth team, we'res all the first team players gone..... I'm assuming this is still pre season and one good closed season (that extends till January) and we'll be fine.....

    This. I don't want to go over old ground because this is great news and a line under everything hopefully. But I don't think Rahic intended for his plans to be so catastrophically bad.

    While he has plenty of recovering to do himself, Rupp's words are reassuring and almost exciting. He certainly has the wealth to make the club a success, but the statement confirms his desire to do so as well. Get the right team in and around him and hopefully we can move on from this nightmare on to greater things.
