    Might have been because I was looking for it but I thought he was everywhere. Tidy on the ball and broke the play up plenty.

    Much more effective first half however.

    Also a great pass for the first goal.

    To be fair to the lad Ahearne-Grant still had plenty to do to make it a goal scoring chance it was hardly a through ball to run onto and just beat the keeper.
    Although you have to ask questions about our defense with both goals, how many times do we hear in that position you show him the byeline and we didn't do that once but twice.
    At the moment our defense looks very vulnerable, we dont seem to be able to deal with long punts down the pitch as at Black[pool and then when one on one out wide we let the player come inside and get their shot away, basic stuff for a defender.

    hate to be the bearer of bad news but we never had him, we borrowed him. never was he contractually our player to stay and neither did we ever ‘let him go.’

    I think my points being lost, I was simply suggesting a reaction, as I said, in response to a deterioration in the quality of the squad - not Cullen’s direct replacement or the failure to bring Cullen back - and as a marker for the players to show that they will be well received if they play well for us as Cullen did.

    This is a guy who signs who he likes, from wherever he likes.

    With or without a head coach in place.

    I remember hearing some drivel about how Stuart must have okayed the Brunker signing.

    Laughable.

    Don’t think even Edin claimed that SM had cleared Brunker signing as he was signed for the development squad
