He’s not, just so many people on here refer to his commentary and opinion on team selection / tactics as being spot on.
Like so many pundits/commentators he talks a good game.

Did he apply for the City job? if not, why not.
He seems to have all the answers so I’m certain we’d be top of the league if he was in charge

Who was the MOTM I thought McDonald had a very good game his constant talking to players and finding a Claret & Amber shirt most of the time put our Captain to shame, one of the questions that needs to be asked is what does Smallwoods free kicks bring to the team.
All in all a very average showing and IMO our season is as good as over after hearing his post Wimbledon interview it looks like Walker may have had another setback, Pattison looks like he'll struggle to play again this season, although we tried something different today and the lad Young showed plenty of movement and good touches we rarely looked like scoring he needs someone along side him, any news why Chapman was subbed at half time has he picked up another injury ?.

They have to blame someone to get rid of their frustrations, you have to smile when fans openly tell us they didn't attend then have the gaul to have a go at fans who were in attendance supporting their team, you couldn't make it up.

 

We decided to go, maybe it was sunshine that enticed us out of the door. We parked at the top of Manor Row £3. Both sets of knees were fine.

However, there was very little in the way of entertainment on offer. At times the tempo picked up. and it certainly wasn’t as dire as the Salford match. There was no lack of effort from any player. Fitness is still an issue and it can’t be easy trying to train when the weather interferes.

We still are short of creative midfielders who can put a ball through for the strikers. McDonald is our best, I would certainly put him in a more forward position, in fact swap Smallwood and Mac around. I don’t think we have a striker problem, they are short of quality opportunities. Everything that comes there way is scrappy.

 

It was Gilliead MOM announced by the club, I thought Richards had a good game.

 

I actually disagree with you on McDonald. Thought Smallwood was the better of the pair. McDonald's passing was generally poor today by his standards, in my opinion.

Gilliead was awarded sponsors MOTM today.

I give up weeks ago on this season as far as promotion goes.

Chapman was hooked because GA thought he was struggling after 35 mins, not ready for 2 full games a week yet he indicated.

I thought Kavanagh looked lively and had a bit of bite about him. Looking forward to seeing him develop with us.
