As last season no clinical finishing to put the chances away. Some great penalty planning by the coaches. 3 games 2 goals hopefully not a sign of things to come.

 

Maybe scannell and seedorf didnt fancy it much.

Maybe the club didnt fancy a cup run either, just one striker bought on and that was for miller.

I think the coaching manual needs updating.

 

The wheels are falling off early this season. Early days i know but very poor already , and yet again a lack of a goal threat . No doubt people will defend the club , but the danger signs are very apparent.

 

At least @Park bantam will find a positive.... ...... ..

Yep.

Can't see the forest for the trees, just like last season failing to replace McArdle with an aggressive defender, we've failed to replace Wyke with a strong and physical centre forward.

FAIL.

Let's be fair they were National League champions last year and have added steel to a strong squad.

 

Like many other fans Fordy, I totally agree. However, I am willing to give him a chance because no other bugger wanted the job. But cannot see anything other than a big struggle this season. Just cannot see where and how we are going to score enough goals with his barmy formations and tactics

 

Was the year we got to the final last time we got past first round?

 

Mr Rahic likes cup runs to generate income as we found out last January so surely the new coaching team gas to deliver.

 

Anyway.....3 games into the season and I’m already bored.
