I think you need to look more closely at the squad.im only passing on what i got told which is no perm signings just loans if at all they come off.
I 100% agree we need another striker but they are hard to sign especialy so close to window.
We have a policy in place which is give the untried a chance so ya clares patricks powels(reece) bruenkars etc will be used as and when.
Our coaching set up is based around making these types of players better and more prepaired as and when needed.no fear is the motto.

It’s funny how people interpret things, you may well be right, but having read his tweet, I get that he’s referring to his injury, tough times never last, and he’s gonna be back soon! Hope that’s the case as I think he’ll do well for us. If he does go out on loan then we’re gonna be seriously short up front without further recruitment

 

It’s not clear whether Jones is just unlucky or he has one serious problem that keeps reoccurring. You would think by now they would have got to the bottom of it

Could just be one of those things and he is constantly getting niggling injuries but it’s frustrating. Especially when he put himself through his own training camp in Dubai

 

Didnt someone say he’d had a bit of a setback a week or so ago? One things for sure, he seems to be very injury prone, and I’d we can’t get him back to full fitness sometime soon then he does need covering as we’ll be another striker down

 

I read the arrow emojis that he'd included to mean he's off out on loan... I don't know why else he would use them. It would be quite strange though, especially with the club saying there will be no more recruitment now.

I suppose wages are irrelevant if the bid is unsuccessful, however he does know what wages have to be paid in the CC because he’s paying all the CC players wages(Cummins) for the loan.

If you get bored at lunch. Jones's body may still be growing and adapting. I remember Gerrard, Owen etc having lots of injuries at this age
