I dont for one minute believe Sparks has a say in recruitment, as far as scouting, positions required, players he wants.

He will just negotiate the deal and sign it off. Thats his job.

I would have thought that Hughes said OK to the deal, and Gent would do the arranging. Why on one hand would a CeO be involved with an opposition manager in arranging any deal, rather CeO to CEO …What a weird arrangement? If it’s true.

Young wasn’t being recruited. He was being loaned OUT. If you said “ the deal” then I get what you are intimating .

I don't think anyone thinks that.
There are some however that refuse to believe he is involved in the contract negotiations with players and their agents and signing off the deals.

 

I never said he was Kev, but loans signings or selling whatever it may be it is under the umbrella of recruitment. Of course someone above the manager should be involved in someway, some didn’t and claimed Sparks had no involvement at all, that’s all I’m pointing out.

 

Who is the horse, an opposition manager , or has Sparks now confirmed it to be true?

Oh no ive seen a few mouth breathers on Twitter blaming Sparks for our recruitment. They think a 32 year old suit was signing players for an experienced, successful manager like Hughes.

Well thats just daft if they think he isnt involved in the finances of a signing, he is the CEO, thats his job.
