Thats a bit petty IMO, sorry. Groups can always move to a new area if they need to. Seats are just a bit of plastic!

The only way a boycott works is if the fans show solidarity, not if fans undermine it by renewing because of the obsession some have with ‘their seat’ - woe betide anyone that dares makes them move!

many others no doubt think the same as you - a lot of those in the Sunwin lower (and older fans) would, I expect.

if boycotting is what it takes to shake Rupp up and encourage him to lower his asking price, moving seats is a small price to pay IMO. Get him out.

I am not defending the club but to think they are delaying naming a manager so they can excuse 'non promotion' is something a child would come up with.

You are letting your emotions cloud your judgement.

If Rupp was begging for £2m to survive or bleeding us dry then I could understand a protest.

Boycotting because of some well intended bad decisions and poor results is an absolute nonsense.

Its blatantly obvious Sparks (like us fans) was pleased with the Swindon performance and victory - he was probably hoping results would continue and McDonald could be persuaded to take the job full time. Thats why it has dragged out....

Performances have dropped, McDonald doesn't want it and I am guessing the applicants have been shite. Id rather us drag it out and get the right man than take the best of a bad bunch.

We know he's had offers, they've just not met his valuation.

If he's got to put £500,000 a year in to keep the club stable, he'll have to think again.

Well I for one have already voted with my feet for this season. I flatly refused to spend MY hard earned money on something that was clearly only going one way - as it has. Don't get me wrong, as a lifelong City fan the results and situation pain me massively but this current status quo needs to change for the good of everyone. Rupp needs to go. Jury is out on Sparks as he seems to do well commercially and is probably just dancing to Her Rupp's tune. If he is inept at his job then any new owner may then be able to call him out. We are of course all entitled to our viewpoint and will all most likely never agree but there is no getting away from the current situation

That’s fair enough. But its pretty worrying candidates have supposedly pulled out of the race after speaking with the club. Not just one man either.

What is it they don’t like?

Agree it's not great that after 4 weeks it doesn't look like we're nearer with regards a new manager in the club if the likes of WOTP are to be believed, fans are posting their various reasons why that might be the case, we don't know the reason but without doubt it's frustrating.
Unfortunately we've found ourselves in a period where 3/4 other clubs have sacked their managers, did we have someone lined up only for them to do a John Williams on us, at the end of the day no matter who is appointed they will have failed as the manager at a previous club unfortunately that's the nature of the beast, all we can do as a club is give the new man the tools to do the job as I believe we did with Mark Hughes and us fans get behind the new man.

Same, ive been in the same end seat for donkeys years ( I like being on the end, cant do with been cramped in). We all know each other well, albeit only see each other match days. And most inportantly if I start carrying on at the opposition, they think oh its only daft JY going off on one again! Nothing to get concerned about.

Do you buy your ticket on a game to game basis, if not how do you not give the club any more of your hard earned cash either buy purchasing it over the direct debit route or buying your season ticket by a one off payment, not having a go just interested with regards your comment about being a life long fan.

Talk of boycotts and the like are daft. We ain't that important, just a lower league journeyman who tasted riches at the expense of someone else's credit card. I'd like a new owner but that ain't happening as no one will stump up the cash. So, as there are no golden eggs from the golden chicken, I'd just like to see my club run competently on and off the field. Not too much to ask is it?

Because I refused to buy a ST this year because it didn't take a rocket scientist to see where things were heading. But this is the first time in a long while I haven't. Things need to change at the very top - end of

There's no need for an apology. The root cause is a technical problem with the site which creates duplicate posts affecting a very small number of posters. A solution to remedy the problem is still awaited.

After 7 years, it seems it is too much to ask.
It's time for a change. It can't keep being the Manager's fault, when you've gone through so many.

Protests can have some (though) limited financial impacts as see elsewhere.
The not a penny more movements recognise fans have season tickets and will still attend but commit to not spending on anything extra at the ground-food, drink, merch, etc

But where is this information coming from and are they facts or fans opinions, I doubt WOTP are posting stuff without some substance to their claims they are very pro Bradford City and usually very supportive.
If the know it to be true putting a little more meat on the bone would give their claim a little more substance.

I totally get what your saying, but by the same hand, who are we waiting for? The out of work managers have been listed for weeks and none are exactly giving the fanbase some excitement. So are we waiting for a really good candidate to get sacked if we don't like these lot? The names linked now are the same as were 4 weeks ago, it's not like any of the Champ or L1 managers who have gone are seemingly jumping.

If we want a manager who's at another club, does it take 3 or 4 weeks to try make an approach? Approaches always get leaked into the press too either by an agent wanting to push his client or the current club trying to put the word out to the fanbase. So if we wanted someone who is currently hired, that would have gotten out by now if we were close to a hire. To me, it's seemingly more and more like we don't know who to bite the bullet on, and by the same time we also cant just been seen to kick the can down the road much longer.
