Yet since leaving Sheffield Wednesday and before getting the Huddersfield gig some would have had him back in a breath, suggesting the Moore Jacobs would the the dream ticket, I don't envy Sparks trying to make sure the next manager is the one who can get us up this season.

Never bought into big Daz as a manager so quite relieved we avoided him as wouldn't want a negative scenario around him as he is a lovely bloke and fondly remembered as a player.

Just had a text from a friend who is a senior employee at Sutton and he is convinced a couple of options we are considering have not appeared in the betting odds people keep posting - make of that what you will but i think a lot is going on behind the scenes

 

I've said all along that the new manager will be someone not on the betting lists, so this doesn't surprise me one bit
