I think Reeves would do well in this system. He likes to move the ball forward and in Payne and Scannell he should have team mates who regularly find good pockets of space and who'll want the ball into feet, even under pressure

 

Does anyone actually know what is going on with him and when he might be fit?

Agree Rog,apart from a clean sheet and the all important win, it was Collins making the adjustments during the game which really stood out.He may well be one that doesn't wait too long before the subs come on.
I hope his preferred system does involve two up top(currently Miller and Doyle) and we will soon find out as the games come thick and fast.

I liked the substitutes. All positive changes. Could have brought McGowen on at CM but went for Seedorf which was telling.

I can understand you being pessimistic as some people are naturally that way but in my opinion if you think Reeves is shit you clearly either have a very limited understanding of football or are purposely being controversial like talk sport or the Daily Mail. Neither are complimentary

 

O'Connor, very solid, one amazing block.
Riley, fast and attacking, bits of skill.
Akpan, bit of a lump but does all the dirty work. Looked a bit nervous to pass
Wright, tidy and simple
Seedorf, scary fast, one brilliant run, one brilliant first time volley. One complete cockup falling over himself with 4 people waiting to be played in on goal.
Miller, very fast, runs in behind and chases defenders all day, thankgod we actually play to his strengths.
Doyle, snap reaction is happy to replace Wyke with him. Agile, quick, good with his feet, made good runs.

With the speed of attackers ahead of him, Reeves could flourish.

We paid for Connor Wood, a really talented youngster. We dont need another left back without shifting Chicksen out.

Forward, im still clinging to Jones. If he gets fit hes a very very good third striker to have.
