I'm afraid it's time to spin the wheel and see what replacement Sparks can bring in....

It might be about to get much worse...

Yeah but we had 674 passes between the back 8. Numbers, innit.

That is one big game Tuesday night, it will not make or break our season but it will tell us more with regards our football management team and our squad, then again we've watched Bradford City long enough to know we could make this a very tricky game to get a result, as we know from the past with regards teams near or bottom of the league.

Keeping hold of the ball and passing sideways and backwards, does not create chances. Only 2 on target at home tells you all you need to know about Hughes and how he sets his teams out to play since day 1.
You can not play this football , with these players. The manager is killing the players.

Hughes hadn't shown for post match interview by time radio show ended.

Stubbs fronted to say stick with us. Respect for fronting up but sick of hearing same message from players.

Daft thing is before their goal we'd played alright without really being threatening. Most of our good position build up led to Odour who was simply awful, how different it would have been watching a Scott Banks or a Tyriek Wright attack the exposed full back, instead he simply stopped time and again.

Blimey that was utter shite second half. Apart from Halliday our back 5 today was utter dog shit. Odour for fecks sake cross the ball instead of fannying about and losing it.

That chant from the NW corner just about sums up the way the vast majority of the fanbase now feel.

I just cannot put my finger on why the club has regressed back to a disjointed team who don't have any clear patterns of play.

Todays performance coupled with the last two home games has really left a really sour taste in my mouth. Something needs to be done but what is the best thing for the club? We cannot afford wholesale squad changes as we have a load on 3 year contracts.

Questions have to be asked about Glynn Hodges as well. Was clapping the fans after the game and thought the cheers were for him but they were for Halliday behind him. Sums the management team up to a tee. Utterly clueless.

I’ve defended Hughes and said wait until players are fit and he’s got his preferred 11 but with the exception of Pattison that’s as strong a team as we have and it made no difference whatsoever.
It’s still the same slow, laboured build up that we’ve seen so often.
Today was no different to the approach against Grimsby or Harrogate, even with a different starting 11.

Nothing from the home games I’ve seen this season has been of a level that is required to get a team up.
Slow, laborious build up and when that doesn’t work, launch it up to Cook.
Stubbs had a couple of decent moments in the first 15 but once their no.26 started hurrying him he looked lost and panicked every time the ball came near him.
McDonald looked so slow and was caught in possession so often.

How long does he think he’s got on the ball in Lge 2?

    Oyegoke?

Walker,Tulloch and Halliday put a shift in.
The rest, just not up to it.

This doesn’t make sense. They want to find out root cause, but working hard to resolve. First you investigate then come up with a plan. Lack of fitness has been on from day one I suggest he looks at the thd training schedule.

Not sure Warnock would want to come back up north leaving the idyllic situation he has darn sarf, he said on taking the Town job their lass wasnt happy but knew he was missing his football and would allow him his final swan song.

I said the exact same thing to the wife.

Lots of huffing and puffing but absolutely no end result.

Just crying out for a Banks type player.

I'm an admirer of Pete Wild and consequently I've money on Barrow this season. But the Cowleys are available right now and must be chomping at the bit after nine months out of work.
Pete Wild has promise but the Cowleys have actually taken a side to the League Two title . However it's what they did for Lincoln City as a whole in just over three years which is most impressive. They trebled the average attendances and I'm confident Bradford City's already impressive crowd numbers would increase to near capacity before this season is over.

    Draper was impressive for sure.

Lewis has been well below par all season, but had a shocker today. Nowhere near those corners and a allowed a soft shot to beat him for the first.

Same on Tuesday, should be saving Middlesbrough's first
