Now you must be on an almighty wind up! Imo Darren Morgan was by far the worst player I've seen in a City shirt. Torpey was poor for us but in fairness he did go on to have a reasonable career in the game.

 

You do talk some sh it at times but this is up there. Right up there.

 

I cannot understand why you continue attending matches as they make you feel miserable.
Every comment you post suggests you are a City follower rather than supporter.
Why not find a more enjoyable pursuit for Saturday afternoons?

@Fordy117 seems to feel they are a veritable sounding board for how City fans feel and act but he/she/they/them isn't.

 

I follow my team but I am dressing things up to spin positives I have high expectations and demands which currently the club is failing.

Why do you go? To watch a team/club fail? And sit back and enjoy it? Why bother?

Well what have Bradford Council done to improve the city? Nothing but most that live there just accept the rubbish.

 

Torpey would be useful in this City side, but Morgan not so,he was hopeless as was a defender called Gardner in that Docherty team.

In isolation we’ve had four good league results out of six, draws at Stockport and Mansfield and home wins over Colchester and Crewe as well as two cup victories. However we are not convincing,we are very dull to watch,we create little,score little and I’m not convinced the latest signings will improve the team. Also with Cook out of form and now injured and Pattinson also injured for a while ,where will the goals come from?

Torpey , Morgan, Wes Reid,Veveer only Phill Babb turned out to be decent.

In Kelly's post match interview, he said Hughes told them at half time to liven up because the game was there for the taking. That doesn't sound like Hughes was settling for a point.

What makes you think we don't go into every games wanting to win them, I'm not Hughes biggest fan I'd hoped we'd see some good attacking football when he took over the reigns at the start of the 2022/23 season I was disappointed with a lot of what I saw last season and posted as much saying home games were a chore at times with some of the stuff on show, this season hasn't been much better but I'd be very surprised if Hughes pre match talk wasn't about getting all three points.
With the players at Hughes disposal yesterday why don't you think we tried to win the game, that's not an excuse by the way,
Watching yesterdays game as you say I thought both teams were average on the day who had problems creating chances but I don't think we played for a point.

Yes, City were very babb under Docherty, the daft sod even tried Babb as a striker and needless to say it didn't turn out well.

 

Darren Morgan wouldn't get into Queensbury Celtics u16s side.
