    I was told off by my Dr for drinking too much milk. Apparently you don't need as much calcium as you think you do once you've stopped growing. All it was doing was throwing my triglyceride levels through the roof.
    Mind you, I was going through 10-12 pints of milk a week....:confused:

    seem to recall it is calcium that’s more readily absorbed into your body than say from milk. But i could be talkin’ shite and got me facts wrong :laughing:
