Sorry I beg to differ we lacked height especially when Chrichlow was playing and Stubbs who is a good player finds it hard to get off his feet. Which I think is another reason they rarely chip in with goals at the other end

Apparently Taylor is an upgrade on Platt (who has largely been solid) because he's scored a few goals, which ironically has absolutely no correlation to his ability as a defender.

Yet when fans like me question this signing based on the terrible reviews on both his ability and character from not one but three former clubs at this level, its unduly negative and a case of 'give him a chance ffs'?

I am convinced if more money was required Rupp would tip up. We can’t just buy our way out of this we also need to get the right players. I don’t want them to come to City because they managed lever a fat wage packet. It is a balance good competitive wage and if the talent we are after costs more due to competition then we pay it. But we can’t do that for every player. At the moment we need excellent midfielder and pacy wingers who can cross a ball.

 

What about the views of the fans he has been playing for recently. In any case it’s irrelevant until we see for ourselves incidentally Wallsall fans hated Osedebe and I didn’t hear many complaining about his signing

He is an experienced centre half who often skippers sides, no double standards just a fact. Have a read sounds like a great never say die character.

I agree you want players to come to Bradford z city that want to be here problem we have is that we have players signing because of the size of us not because they want to or can take this club forward.
