    We are bigger than Luton, but doubt any player would sign for us over them.

    Anyhow we aren't bigger than Huddersfield or Hull

    A few seem to think working with Hughes, 18k crowd and a chance of goals/promotion will be right up his street.

    He’ll drop down 2 leagues because he’s old but still can offer very much at our level just like John Stead did for us and Harrogate

    There was a lot of beef between Sharp and Mullin/Wrexham after their cup game last season - petty name calling and antics in tunnel leading him being separated from a few Wrexham lads.

    Sharp, and the Blades, were really rattled by them.

    it wouldn’t surprise me if he fancies a crack at L2 at his age just to try derail Wrexham’s title bid and/or to outscore Mullin.

    That is the possible motivation for a summer move (if I was Hughes that’d be how I’d sell the move to him)……though who is to say we have a better chance of upsetting Wrexham than Doncaster, where he has past history……
