The software city use is pants tbh. There is software or programs around that make easier for the customer to buy tickets or whatever. If ppl have to throw their hands up and give up that is lost business or as is the case they turn up at the ticket office that is putting pressure of your face to face service which has been reduced due to buying online. Look at the betting sites, see how easy that is!
