Explain why you think so instead of chelping from the side so we can then perhaps form an opinion?

Fordy actually “liked” it. Spotting sarcasm isn’t one of his strongest points it seems?

I don’t believe Cardiff will go down and I am not sure we will go up.

Even if we went up and Cardiff went down then Cardiff would be better equipped to go to the Championship than us.

Let’s not be fooled here. Cardiff are a bigger and better club than us.

However, MH won’t be joining them but talk of he wont travel there or stay in hotels like @wetherbywhaler@wetherbywhaler is staying nonsense. If he gets offered the job which he won’t then he takes it.

Again non of that is relevant to what Roger said about success. A manager like Hughes wants to try win something in his managerial career, at which club is it more likely? Even if Cardiff don’t go down they’ll still be expected to be mid table again next season and certainly won’t challenge in the cups they are in.

    The won’t.

Plus their season ticket prices start at £329.

You can’t compare. If Cardiff did £199 or what ever it is for our season ticket they would sell out every week.

He's a strange lad for sure, I'd like to meet him I have a mental image of someone like his avatar upload_2022-9-19_11-50-24.png but he sounds a busy man maybe he doesn't socialise with plebs like me :(.

    What are you on about.

Yes, he wants to currently take Bradford City up but Cardiff is a bigger and better job.

What will we win? Maybe, Div 2. That’s it. Cardiff can put themselves in the race for the PL quicker than what we can.

    Please stop! This is embarrassing!

What are you talking about Fordy? You commented on someone’s post and totally changed the context I have kept in with the context of his post, I see you won’t answer the question as usual so please leave it there as I can’t be arsed with a pointless back and forth.

course they would because they ain’t got nothing around them to compete with .............and you seriously think they would sell out at our level ????? Like Fook they would I remember them Ninian park and how poor there fan base was ............... btw there match day ticket pricing ain’t a lot different to ours in fact for some games it’s down at £17

more chance of them going down tbh in fact the gap between both clubs could change very dramatically over the next few seasons .......... once the parachute payment dry up like our near neighbours then it could all go to pieces very very quickly

    Behave!

    Our owner doesn’t spend money.

    Look, Cardiff won’t go down.

I'm more worried about Bayern's slow start to the league season. I think they'll have taken notice of our destruction of Stevenage, Hughes is a former player and Rupp is from Germany so will definitely be friends with Kahn, Rumenigge et al.

It wouldn't surprise me if he does his German mates a favour and let's them have him for free.

Comparing Bradford and Cardiff, it's laughable.

I'm very much in agreement with @Fordy117@Fordy117 here. Too many assumptions here in terms of relegation and promotion. Cardiff are in a position, our club, could only wish for.

We still have an owner here, that has FAILED our club, not his.

    Blindsided.

We have covered this topic so many times. Herr Rupp is what he is. We would all love an owner with long arms and shallow pockets, like most clubs throughout the country. He is a business owner, not a Bradford city fan and if the club survives by standing on its own two feet , he will not invest any more than he has.
We carry on as we are ,or even improve , then i believe we will gain promotion come May. Income must be up already this season , hopefully building the coffers for January.
On a side note our attendances , cheap tickets or not are better than many a team in the championship, we could easily hold our own in this division if we can ever get back there, let alone league 1. We have done it before.

Such Wrexham fans think they will be in a better position than Bradford in a few years but it’s all stupid talk.

Comparing Cardiff with Bradford City is extremely silly but nothing what I don’t expect from @wetherbywhaler@wetherbywhaler .

Why would they go for Mark Hughes, when Derek Adams is the best manager out there?

I like Hughes he's exactly what we needed. He almost instantly turned around a pretty toxic situation into a happy camp and got us going again.

However he was struggling to get in at a higher level prior to coming to us and we have had a good but not explosive start to the season so I just don't see a club the stature of Cardiff thinking they have got to get him away from us.

He will be linked with alot of jobs because of who he is but he's got a unique opportunity here a club with massive potential, a mostly fresh start this season in terms of players and the near 100% backing of the fans and club. He seems happy and there's alot to be said for that.

I'm not gonna call others out. I see Cardiff and Bradford through my eyes. What will become, well that's for tomorrow

Today, we are two leagues apart for a number of reasons, well documented.

I'll have a £10 BBU bet with the first member who thinks he'll get the Cardiff job.
