We're cheap, but we're not the cheapest anymore.

Hell you can buy a season ticket at QPR for £225, and some want us to pay more than that!

 

True mate, but it's my choice to pay for those seats and that view, I could pay £160 a season as an over 65 in a lower band

Season Tickets – will go on sale in mid April. He said more will be revealed in the near future. Ryan was sympathetic to the impact of the rise in the cost of living on supporters, and will be encouraging more to go on direct debit. Currently 3,300 pay in this way.

We will increase our tickets from 2 to 4 next season, Hope they spend it wisely

 

We have been to VP this afternoon to sort out executive seats for the rest of the season. Which will also be our seat for next season. What a lovely man Mick Lamb is! Sorted it out in no time. Plus we have our name down for a parking slot. Bradford City are very lucky to have him! I hope they pay him well! I forgot to ask what time do the suites open for drinks?

 

Think they open about 1pm.

 

@Onside - in my limited dealings with him, he has always been absolutely first rate. A credit to the club I would say.

 

I wonder what next seasons uptake will be if we have a positive/solid end to the season? I'm going to stick my neck out and predict us smashing this seasons figure. I know we've had so many false dawns etc tried all different approaches recently unsuccessfully but I don't recall us trying the huge name/respected in football approach before, weather it works or not is another matter, but I think people are going to get on board with this and get behind it.

 

If we end the season in a really positive manner, people are going to have a lot of faith in Mark Hughes.

I can see them getting behind Hughes in a pretty big way if we do well from hereon in.

Let's hope he makes structural changes at the club, and we're run by a real footballing powerhouse for quite some time, as opposed to going to back to worrying about the ineptitude of Stefan Rupp and the over-faced Ryan Sparks.

 

Absolutely looks like he's taken the squad by the scruff of the neck and told them play it my or no way, a breath of fresh air is running through our club may it long continue

 

I think as a strategy the club should wait until we are numerically safe before launching our ST campaign. What you don’t want is hesitant fans at the start. I think we need another 6 points before we are comfortably mid table.

 

I'd say the way it's going 6 more points would make us safe, who'd have thought that last May, I'm hoping for a strong finish to the season to give us that winning mentality and of course to get those undecided fans back on board, early days yet but even the games we lost under Hughes & Hodges we've improved game on game, I wouldn't be suprised with a decent finish to the season and some positive movement from the club we could easily beat this seasons ticket sales which remembering what we have been through in the last 2 years and a 30% increase was a great response.

For some it will be based on how the club back the manager - on the recruitment of players and their calibre. Previous years in my humble opinion (I take account we are a div 2 team) we have not reserached, scouted - widely enough and looks like we have had to settle for players that were not high on our shopping list for what ever reasons. The financial stability appeared to be the top priority to the detriment of what we have seen on the playing field. Hopefully with the stability achieved we will see improvements to the recruitment and what we see on the pitch.

 

We may have researched, scouted etc.... it might just be that players didn't want to come to the basket case club that is/was Bradford City and therefore we ended up with 3rd, 4th choice players.

 

Why go to watch Huddersfield versus Bournemouth game ,what’s the point ,couldn’t care less and wasted a tenner .Are you really a city fan .

You do realise that people go to certain events sometimes for entertainment purposes? And tbf where else could you go for a tenner? Not much...
