Are people suggesting that in this day and age tickets should only be sold in person? BCAFC prefer online sales as they get to add websales charges and postage on top rather than selling them at the ticket office. 600 tickets with a £2 surcharge on them is far better than 600 tickets sold at the ticket office which costs them money for the extra staff shift for that day.

It seems most are happy with what I was told just you suggesting things could/should be change part way through the season which is a nonsense, you'd be the first to complain if the club made 52 available to the likes of Shipley Bantams.
Thank goodness the new system kicks in next season and those who have attended most away games are the first to be offered away tickets.

Only the one @Edin Nowhere@Edin Nowhere, remember when the club got slated for years that fans had to queue outside the ticket office in all weather, now they offer fans the chance to buy online and that's doesn't seen to be the answer to one or two, football fans eh.

Lol that you think that won’t happen anyway.
Yes of course they’ll have a priority pass but they should be made to queue like the rest of us if that’s ze rules

Come on, forcing people to queue….. guessing queuing suits your agenda, what about those who have other commitments such as kids, work, location, disability, illness.
I’ve queued through the night more than once, but move with the times.

Maybe if the club put the correct systems in place there would be no arguments. Instead they fail every single time where tickets are limited or are in high demand.

No I meant the online queue. However, the online queue is a joke.

Sometimes you have to be until correct procedures are put in place.

Perhaps the answer is to only sell the same number of priority cards that matches the smallest capacity at all the away grounds. That way every card holder is guaranteed a ticket and those that chose not to buy take pot luck.

I suppose if demand outstrips the number of priority holders the fair way would be those who attended most games rather than first come first served because some people may not be able to queue for tickets

I’m starting to get hot sweats, some of these suggestions are getting far too sensible.

edit. Or if the club didn’t want to miss out on revenue from priority cards they should have implemented the points system in addition just for those 3 games where demand outstrips supply

The problem with the online queue for games where there’s only 500 tickets is that if the ticket queue opens at 10am and you try to get on the site 3 seconds after it opens , you’re already too late.
It’s pot luck whether you’re one of the first 150-200 people lucky enough to click your mouse at precisely the right time.
On that basis I think queuing at the ticket office is probably best on this occasion.
