Same old, same old from this side. Criminal finishing, then some comedic defending and we throw away a win. Until this club starts to pay for some genuine quality in the final third, we will continue to struggle every week. Pretty sure that's the 4th or 5th 1-1 at home this season. Not rocket science to see what the problem is or how to fix it.

Also, our approach in the second half was disappointing. We were too deep and sat on the 1-0 which, with this side, is suicidal as we cannot keep clean sheets. No idea why Vernam was taken off as he was our only outlet. Gilliead anonymous again, yet he sees the full 90. Cooke on at RW was utterly bizarre.

Positive to see Angol back on the pitch and he looked sharp.

 

Presenters seem to agree with Adams saying through out the game we made chances.

 

That was a really enjoyable game to watch. We were by far the better team and, as is so often the case, should have been comfortably ahead, not hanging onto a one goal lead.
