Nice one. Need something new to watch.

Although...we put on a Never Have I Ever as we thought daughter might like it. Really good, the script is excellent, even though it might be a tad generous as a 12.

 

Pitta bread kebabs here.

Aloo tikkas, cauliflower tikkas and halloumi fries. Salad, spicy coriander sauce, pickled chillies and pickled gherkins.

 

Veggie sausage casserole, with loads of beany goodness. Be trumping, later.

Just hearing that Dusty Hill, bass player for ZZ Top, has passed away. Massive fan of them in the mid 80s.

 

Warm the pittas in a toaster. Careful not to get second degree burns when you slice them open with a sharp knife. Cram with loads of salad and some form of protein, top with various sauces and pickles. Then eat.

Yes! This is what I was wondering! Skewering squares of pita bread on a wooden stick!

Using the pitta bread as a skewer would have been more impressive.

 

There'll be folk qualified in these matters along in a bit, who can confirm. Keep it as a working name for now, but have a think of some suitable alternatives, just in case.
