Wow, has coaching badges, talks a good game, comes across well, is confident and desperate to do well.
Is there a manager/coach in the league who does not meet that criteria? Should not that be our starting point?
He's been given the chance, I hope he succeeds and I will get behind him. I just hope he is allowed to coach and manage first team affairs as he sees it and I hope this difficult job does not harm his future prospects.

I don't think for one minute players won't buy into it senior or other wise our problem is implementing it, entertaining attacking football, I believe that's Edin's order of the day, lets hope the new lads can deliver because if we do struggle from the off it will be an experience these two have never confronted before, and as last season if old pros like McCall and Grayson couldn't stop the rot I see little chance of a couple of rookies doing it, but we live in hope.

I really don't see the style of football being a problem. Attacking attractive football you would have hoped all footballers would want to play. The only problem I see is possibly the inexperience of running/coaching a team of pro's but I guess you gain some of that experience as being a pro for various teams.

 

Your posts are getting more and more delusional mate, "If Collins is under-performing after 15-20 or so games he will be gone and a new man will come in" then he has to turn the team around remember Simon (I'm a Championship manager) Grayson couldn't do that last season, so after another 20 or so game we face relegation, and you think by just blaming Edin all is fine, we could be back in the khazi league, that is more to the point than blaming anyone.

 

It is a very simple fact. He will be gone, a new man will come in, the club will continue.

My point is in league two, if the new man does not turn us around, so long as we have a team your happy with that possibility ?.

 

I don't know what McMahon has to do with the debate mate, I said "I don't think for one minute players won't buy into it senior or other wise" the hard part will be getting the players to perform in the manner that Edin (and us fans) want them too, yes you would hope footballers prefer to play attractive football, the hard part is coaching that into players.
These lads will have a totally different approach to McCall or Grayson it will be a new experience at this level, and let's not forget there will be 17,000+ urging them on, I'm sure they will get the fans backing but unless some more quality is introduced into this squad it will be very difficult, and I doubt the likes of Medy Elito if correct is that type of player.
