I hope Parker and other journalists at the press conference give edin a hard time. He needs to answer for why it took 6 weeks to give the job to the part time u18 coach. None of this "he interviewed best" bollocks. We deserve the truth

Are the senior players eg Killa Vince doyle going to respect these guys?

 

My point being, that this is season one for the 'new coaching team'.

 

Please tell me which best players the owners have sold?
And which Jan did they refuse to buy?

I don't think they are having a go at the three appointments, after all Greg has been around this level of football most of his career, the worrying thing to me is the lack of experience Michael and Martin bring with them, is Greg there to guide them along because of their lack of experience at this level, I'm with you @Stevay_b we are where we are, the coaches will get a great reception I'm sure but then they are paid to deliver, and if they don't/can't then these appointment have to be laid firmly at Edin's door.

Yeah you're right. Because the constant carping of Coventry, Charlton (let's add Blackpool and Leyton Orient in there as well) has worked really well for their clubs

You can see it, during the years they've been protesting how they've rocketed up the leagues when their owners bowed to their concerns, sold to rich sugar daddies who did whatever they wanted

 

The 3 guys will know exactly what the reaction was going to be and will be determined to prove to us that they can succeed. I sincerely hope they do. But when over 90% of City fans and football fans in general and people who work in football are shocked, what does that tell us about the appointment?
To say it’s not a risk or gamble is quite simply lunacy.

Edin’s style and approach will be damaging the reputation of this club in the football world. He is helping us build foundations but at the same time causing real damage with his ‘I know best’ arrogance. It’s already been said, he is playing Championship Manager. His wording Greg and I know the training set up speaks volumes. If it works he’s perfectly entitled to give us all the finger, and if it fails we are all entitled to give him the finger. Would n’t surprise me if a future consortium is just gathering some momentum cos if this fails I think the abuse may drive him out.
