They did well tonight that was tough on them, saw some good performances against 2nd in the table, a harsh /lucky equaliser and we lost our way a bit second half and quality up front was lacking, but overall IMHO much much better. Keep plugging away and hopefully the reinforcements arrive in January.

Don't know where we go from here. Looked better in the first half. But Cheltenham totally dominated after half time. They continue to concede goals, without creating much or threatening the opposition's goal that frequently.

It's not like I could diagnose where a couple of players in specific positions would make a significant improvement. They're conceding without creating or scoring many. It's ONLY the defence, midfield and attack that needs improving.

One of the most important January transfer windows in the club's modern history beckons. I don't think I'd be overly dramatic if I was to say, if they screw this one up, then there might not be a BCAFC for very much longer.

Is this Rupp chap really as stupid as he is acting regarding the running of the club. Someone has to spell it out to him that he is going to lose all his investment, or is he not bothered, is it a tax loss or something. I mean rewarding failure, there's something not right about this carry on.

Watt and Cooke are very similar, and pretty hit and miss.

But what really shows when they start to misplace passes and make silly errors is they aren't experienced enough to be midfield generals. They are suffering from not playing alongside a seasoned campaigner.

Poor overall, again. First half was better, and we carved out a few reasonable chances. But we have no consistent threat. I've no idea what our attacking threat is or how we plan to achieve a victory. It's a complete mish mash and quite frankly a mess. I just don't see how we inflict damage on another team with our squad of available players. Even when the injuries return.

Yes there was more effort and endeavour but they're professional footballers. That should be the minimum and is hardly worthy of applause.

And just where are we in the league... 4th from bottom!

As I said in an earlier post, we will struggle to get decent league players to play for us while we are in this position.

We need a good scout to coax quality young players from the non league (and they are out there) who will be bettering themselves by having something to prove, rather than ageing, injury prone journeymen from league 2 just coming for a wage.

 

Do we not have a young striker in the youth team who we could stick on the bench to at least give us a option rather than sticking that toss pot BRE up front .

 

The scoreline says otherwise, as does the corner count, shots off target and shots on target. Other than that we matched them.

It does seem like Jamie has toned down his interviews but I honestly think after Sparks being named CEO and McCall getting an extra year he thinks the club is a mess! Where do you turn? Seriously? The club has made its decisions so whats the point in asking tough questions for a while.

Reading what McCall was meant to said from your post then we all should be think the club is a joke now.

 

Don't really need much? The incompetence at this club will see us relegated. Absolutely disgraceful.
