Does not sound good.. No sources named, so interesting to see where he got his info from, but is very specific which lends me to believe there is a fair amount of truth in it.

Also what is Abbot saying/doing in all this.. surely he has some influence and is trying to guide him

 

I'm beyond caring about this now, I'm just grateful to have a club to support and I'm starting to think it could be absolutely hilarious if no-one (including Abbo) actually wants the job and we end up with John Duckworth, the former kitman sat in the dugout along side Mick Lamb.

I've no real truck with Rahic but it would be funny if he really did get snubbed by everyone.

 

Well it looks like Edin May get his wish, he will be managing the football team next season!!

The club isn't a joke at all. We are the club, we will be there (well some of us, not sure about some on here because one or two are ready to have a seizure over it already) long after Edin and co have fecked off back to Stuttgart with the "profit" they've made.

The only joke on here is that a very very wealthy man based in Germany is watching his investment get bolloxed away by another not so wealthy man because he doesn't know how to reign the ego in.

It might end in tears all round, but in the long term it's Rupp who will lose the most money.

Edin might have to appoint himself, it's the only coach he's likely to find thatll let him control recruitment and interfere with the playing side.

 

Lets do it..................... when should we enter the ground though ? 4th minute for Stuart's shirt number, 10th minute for his birthday or 54th minute for his age (as of Sunday).

 

And that will be the time when it will it home to his mate in Germany that his investment is going down the pan.

 

I’m still not too concerned. I think the World Cup has an impact on club football. Coaches, managers, players are all distracted by the World Cup either participating as a pundit, fan or as part of an international team. There are also holidays to contest with, straight after the season people go away so they may not be in the country at the moment.

I would say my patience has another week. If by this time next week we haven’t made any progress then I will start to get concerned. The players won’t be back until late June/early July and we are signing players regardless so does it actually impact anything if we don’t have a manager yet?

 

The club absolutely is a joke to potential managers, evidently, as well as potential players who may see all this and think f*ck that, not to mention rival supporters who will find this hysterical.

 

The World Cup? What Robbie Stockdale is too busy thinking about the World Cup rather than being unemployed?

 

to suggest a mid table league 1 team haven't been able to appoint a new coach in the last 5 weeks because the World Cup is coming up is a bit of a stretch to say the least.

 

We live in hope but it’s starting to feel a bit like the Rahic, let’s pull together for the club, apologists have got Stockholm Syndrome. If Rahic had said when they took over that this was the plan everyone would have been going mental.

 

Fleetwood are back on 18th June. Early July is far too late.
