- You've pasted the photoshopped number plate onto an image of the car. If people look closely, it is visable the darker edges of the original number plate are curved at the top right and left and you've pasted a rectangular shape over it.

- There is no background whatsoever, you've cropped it so the original background is not visible. The tiny bit of background visible at the bottom corners of the image are plain white, not car park tarmac coloured.


If you believe you're genuinely fooling anyone with that picture you're deluded.

Any manager worth his salt considering taking on the Bradford job would I imagine look to speak to McCall, Parkinson and Grayson regarding what its like to be employed by the club. Heckingbottom altough did well at Barnsley, cant really afford to take another risk at this stage and thats why I dont think he would be interested in the job.

 

Spoil sport I was getting the klaxon ready .

 

I'd be interested to learn why managers are turning down the position of Bradford City manager. We all probably have our opinions, but it would be interesting to hear it from the horses mouth. If the reasons are similar to those of Grayson's, for example the budget not being good enough, then it would suggest it wasn't Grayson with high expectations that was the issue, more the owners need to seriously change their ways. Either way, it's certainly not normal to be without a manager for 1 month and counting, with seemingly no solution in sight.

 

He throws enough stones so eventually smashes some windows. Blocks anyone who calls him out and just puts aye to any he gets right. He’s ok at best.

 

They wouldn't really need to speak to Parkinson as he was under different owners. Completely different for McCall and Grayson.

 

Without knowing exactly what’s going on behind the scenes we can get a reasonably accurate picture purely from interviews that people have done. You’ve got Edin saying all the stuff about us looking for a first team coach like no other in league one plus all criteria based stuff he’s already come out with. Then you’ve got Grayson’s parting shot when he left about budgets and infrastructure etc. Put all that together and what are you left with? I’m not going over old ground as we all know the answer to that.

 

He couldn’t wait to disappear when they came in though.. and take a few with him in the process..

 

I dont think for one minute the Bradford City job wouldnt have done the manager gossip circuit by now.
But someone out of work and desperate to get back into football management may put their CV in and see whats on offer.

Whilst I'm sure some have turned us down, I'd be interested in ones we've turned down and why which is also IMO surely the case.

Interviews and negotiations are always a two-way street. Just as we turned down Grayson's demands as much as he turned down our offer.

All I can see is we're conducting interviews as you would in a business - multiple rounds and taking time to get the right person.

 

We aren't looking to employ a manager. Not sure if this important fact can be pointed out any more than it has?

 

Heckingbottom just clipped to 4/9 With skybet. Normally don't look too much into these odds but since i believe things are coming to a head, it may have legs.

 

This is surprising considering the tweets gone out today suggesting it is unlikely Heckingbottom will be coming to us.

 

Nobody has got a clue who the other two in the frame are! So all the money will be on Heckingbottom and driving the odds down.

 

That is assuming anyone has turned the job down other than Grayson.

 

The same reason Barnsley are als taking a long time. We are both looking for head coach rather than manager. And some won’t be comfortable with that.

 

The answer would be that if you want full control 'Manager' in the old sense then this is not the job.

You need to ask yourself the question. Are you a coach or a manager?

If you are looking for a head coach role, someone who works in tandem with recruitment and the board to build a team and then own the coaching, the final product delivery, then Bradford represents a great opportunity. The owners will have worked out their kinks and the next manager will get the benefit of the two previous incumbents smoothing the way.
