    thanks. Am going to book tonight, if still available. Gold is only an extra £60 so might go for that just so we don’t need to take towels etc.

    just need to look at dining options difference between premium and normal.

    Me and Botswana both go to butlins I can certainly recommend tots week for under 5s
    I use the premium dining package and a standard apartment. The standard option is very basic but we don’t tend to spend much time in there but we found the room too small with a toddler and booked apartment. My son and family go gold apartment and self catering as they spend a lot of time out of the park and don’t like being set to meal time . Remember to pay the extra £10-£15 for Guaranteed ground floor when you have a baby/toddler .
    weve always gone premium so worth the money . Different restaurants to normal with everything possible on the menu .

    Go for gold! I've not been to Skegness so not sure how they do meals. At Bognor there's an option to eat at a set hotel restaurant every time or one where you can dine around. I go for the hotel one usually as there's such a wide selection anyway that you don't get bored.
