I don't understand what is essential. But let's hope clarity is given within the next few hours.

 

I’m lucky, in a way, as my diabetes has stopped me from going into school as a teacher. However, I’ve got colleagues now having to follow some very strict rules. One teacher and a teaching assistant being assigned to a group of children. No interactions with any other adults or children in the school, no rota systems to reduce the possibility of transferring the virus between children or adults.

 

No only essential shops ie supermarkets pharmacies all other shops should be closing.

 

Shopping only for essentials.
Work if it’s necessary for you to be there.

 

OK, more clarity coming through which backs up what you say. Though banks and post offices remain open.

 

Strange, difficult times ahead. Can only hope that this brings the good out in people.

The part what gets me is going out exercising or cycling are you not going to catch it if your in lycra?

No, the only reason they would use the army is for helping out with logistics such as helping the NHS. Civil disobedience will be left to the police to deal with.

 

In theory you can keep well away from people. I cycled to work for the past three weeks, rather than get close to people on public transport.

 

Abbo will be fine with the cycling part just a bit peed off he can't get a big mac when he's done

 

I get that part to work and back but not just for a jaunt when they want people to only make essential journeys.

 

So if a single dad or single mother needs to see their child then they can't or is that essential travel?

Fathers for justice are going to be on bridges if not.

 

It will be interesting to see if the tube users take Boris's warning seriously tomorrow, on this mornings news the tube trains were packed as usual.
