If Bowyer's allowed to continue and performances and results remain pretty much as they've been for the last couple of months. Then those in charge better be prepared for sub 10,000 ST sales for next season. As I think those that attend because they see it as entertainment rather than a duty will fade away and stay away, permanently.

Better to get rid now, regardless of the cost, and pray that someone can come in and inject some hope and positivity before May. Desperate times call for desperate measures. If this could be attributed to a loss in form and could be remedied, then I'd be asking for patience. But I don't think it is, it's terminal, the players have completely lost faith in both his methods and his ability to manage.

This is what concerns me as well. If it is a vote of confidence that comes out tomorrow, there is nothing I will want more than to be proved wrong and for Bowyer to turn it around but when a manager has lost the dressing room, which I think he has, the situation is usually past the point of repair.

In the past we have got the timing horribly wrong.

Sacking of McCall and the sacking of Todd.

I just cant see us getting this wrong. The football is dire even if the results improve.

Its a chore following City to be lucky to see 1 shot on target. Look at Swindon as an alternative.

The style they play. Entertaining the fans must be paramount? If not we will be lucky to afford the rent with dwindling crowds.

It's one thing having faith in the manager and another confident he will deliver. Someones in a corner.

Agree bar the Todd bit, a dour man , mr beige, he didn’t care for us fans much, we were on a shocking run before he got sacked. The killer was losing Windass in the January, another belter from Rhodes ( letting best player go) to try save cash that backfired.

Except that’s not wholly true is it. The club was largely in the black during the Parky era and debt free. How the Richmond does impact today, apart from not owing the stadium, is the fear it has put in to Rhodes. Few other chairmen, CEOs, would have given Bowyer the freedom to shift four of the five strikers out.

I fear all teams atm. I don’t think we could beat the under 16’s! Let’s just say when GB has gone we end up having a right crack at the playoffs, then we just fall short of 3 points, the fans would quite rightly point back to this decision to delay. Plus I don’t believe we haven’t the money, we have just trimmed loads of wages, plus the McBurnie money and other player sales this was all above and beyond the budget. Or we could pay him monthly rather than in one lump sum.

Ryan Sparks is a good media man, he is doing a very difficult job in very difficult circumstances. None of this is his fault. He has to do what the club want him to do, he has no say, he has to present all the decisions in the best possible light. So for goodness sake leave him alone. It is the Board that needs to get their heads above the parapet and tell us what is happening.

If the roof is leaking you get it sorted by any means possible, you borrow the money if you to, but what you do not do is let it continue until the roof falls in! Yes we as many really good footballers as we can, but we just have to maintain the place, we have ignored the leaky roof for long enough, and now we are paying for our lack of diligence on that front.

i just think we would have survived in all honesty with Todd. Sackedto soon or sacked without a backup. Was too much for DW

How I would like to see that back line again! Pity that an injury blighted Goddard's career. But the others... good honest pros, each of whom belong in our Hall of Fame.

Yep, many will remember the capitulation at Huddersfield under Wetherall, the sudden reality dawned that the team was shit, Todd had been fire fighting but now the game was up under the rookie & we were going down.

I see parallels here, I still amazed when I read terms like "Talented" & "Under achieving", what have these fans seen on the pitch? The team is shit (IMO) and the next guy won't do any better with it than Bowyer. It's bonkers to sack him immediately after the window, it's too late, I'd give him at least 10 games, if there is no significant improvemnt, get rid, new guy can use the remainder to assess and is not inheriting the negative baggage for fans to beat him with on his first bad run, which won't be long in coming.

You don't go to the games! You don't watch the boring football.

Look, the relationship is gone! It's GONE!

The fans don't like him and he could win his next 5 but as soon as he loses that will be it the fans will be at him again.

When a relationship is over it's over!

You're making out he brought Messi in our something and let's wait and see what happens.

The fact is football is based on results and Bowyer's results are not acceptable and that's why he should be sacked now!

Do you think 4 points from 18 is acceptable?

See, I fully believe Bowyer has lost the dressing room and for me once that has happened it's utterly pointless keeping the manager. Pointless!

You've to remember after the Carlisle game they had a meeting, after the Mansfield game they had a meeting and no improvement. It's gone! You know football, it's over for the manager when the dressing room has gone!

Fans won't be going or renewing if Bowyer stays. The club is better of getting rid now, give out some positivity and get the fans back.

Every day that goes by the club are wasting time and money while Bowyer is in charge.

The club needs to do the right thing and sack him now.

Remarks in the T&A again this morning from Bowyer about how he can't understand what went wrong on Saturday or why our away form is so poor in general. No idea at all about how to change it because he has tried everything. Anyone that still thinks we should persevere with him needs to give their head a shake.

Just go Bowyer, you’ve lost the plot and can’t motivate the lads. Get to non league or a youth team somewhere. October 12 our last away win, 12 shots to Morecambe's 27, 3 on target versus 5.

Approaching 4 months and no away win. Disgrace.

Awful manager. How can he continue after publicly admitting he doesn't have a clue? It has to be done before the weekend if we are going to salvage anything from the season.

He's saying it as he knows he's lost the dressing room.

If he had a master plan with these new signings he wouldn't be saying things like this...

The players have had meeting after meeting after meeting it's just not working out for him at all!

If a manager is clueless in how to fix something then he needs to go!
