He’s a direct, out and out old school winger. Plenty of pace (from a Rangers fan). Says he’s a good addition for City. Has played in Europa.

 

Boring will soon knock any positivity out of the lad.

 

You can just see him in training nipping past two defenders and crossing the ball. Boarer all red faced "you can pack that in lad, you've left us open at the back".

 

But when you buy to more who do like balls put into the box

 

Took me a while to decipher that. But the players we have bought are of far lesser quality than the players we released.

 

I'd argue this one doesn't fit the mold you are putting him in, he has minutes at a very high level.

 

And if he watched the game today, I bet he's bitterly regretting signing on that dotted line yesterday.

 

Wonder if he could play at left wing back with Woods on the other side? Or vice-versa

Only way three at the back is going to work at all

Of course be better not to play that system

 

Or itching to have a go and resurrect our season

I think he could make a real difference coming off the bench when we're 3 0 down - just like the other exciting attacking players today.

 

I dunno. If GB utilises correctly, he surely must fancy it..

 

Been reading up on this lad on follow follow.

He seems to have pace and is a proper winger. Always goes to byeline and crosses. His crossing is good which is essential as a winger. ha ha

They recalled Hastie, as he is seen to fit into the Rangers style of play. Rangers and putting up the other wingers Murphy and Jones in the transfer window. I believe the former moved out also.

So basically Middleton is not being considered for Rangers as Gerrard is playing with two numbers 10s outwide. He is playing the same system as Liverpool.

So we may have won a watch as these lads are being given game time (loaned) not because they are not worthy but because of the setup Gerrard employs.

 

How long will the international clearance take?

Is it just me but we are crying out to play 4-2-3-1 Donaldson or Novak up front then 3 behind 1 in number 10 and 2 wingers then Bowyer can still have a solid back 4 and 2 centre mids infront of defence. We cant keep playing 3 centre backs it isn't working

 

She is a lovely girl as well.

Quite like the look of that actually - if Middleton is any good. If he isn’t Connolly and Ismael can play right wing. Don cutting in from the left. Guthrie as backup to Novak?
