    Just looking into the podcasts I was recommended. Do I have to download them or stream them as I drive? I don't quite get it. Not great signal between Aviemore and Stirling so might be a problem streaming.

    Download 'em then listen offline. I use the Pocketcasts app (now free) as my preferred 'platform'.

    PS if you've got kids in the car maybe swerve Joan and Jericha.

    You might also like the Elis James and John Robins podcast, particularly their 'made up game' segment. The bbc poached them from Radio X.
