Just recovered from that ending and I wasn't even at the match!!

Thanks to a totally unnceccasry meeting at my Frimley HO, I was on the motorway, travelling North for all the match

Of course I had the T&A live updates nicely positioned on my tablet (yes, I still had my eyes on the road)

So the journey was going smoothly until 3-2 and from that moment on I might not have been concentrating very well (thank goodness for pilot control!!)

The fun starts as I agonisingly watch the minutes tick by and then Parker has to announce that they've got a penalty and then of course it's 3-3. At this stage it's important to know that I was just coming into range of The Pulse, as I pass Rotherham

I then switch over, the radio in a rage at another two points needlessly dropped and get it confirmed by the 5Live that we'd drawn 3-3 - they announced it as a full time score

Now annoyed with them, I switch back to a poor reception Pulse to hear Thornton going bonkers, but note, it lasted about five second. Me thinks "WHAT THE FRIG ARE THEY PLAYING PAST CLIPS OF GLORY GOALS, WHEN WE'VE JUST THROWN AWAY A WIN!!!!"...........................UNLESS THE BEEB WERE WRONG!!!!!:confused: but surely not as even they wouldn't have committed such a howler :unsure::unsure:. Then again the Pulse commentary sounded weird -why would they play an old commentary at the final whistle"

Agonisingly the Pulse reception has totally gone and comes back on with adverts, then goes off again etc (at this time I'm going past Barnsley). Worse the T&A updates aren't updating either - it still says 3-3.

Nervously turn over to the Beeb, to be told it's 4-3!! :brig::brig::brig::brig::brig::brig::brig::brig::brig::brig:

Heart and blood pressure returned to normal!!!

    Up the bantams!!!

I too giggled at the keeper critics, but we must remember that some on here were probably a bit 'meh' about Pickford

McBurnie's a better example of a player people were 'meh' about, because his performances actually were 'meh', they just weren't indicative of the level he could play at.

Let's not pretend Pickford put in England-worthy performances for us, though he did look like a Championship quality keeper while at City.

For what it's worth, O'Donnell is the best goalkeeper we've had since Pickford, and prior to that, for many, many years.

Great seeing how much it meant to the players they all really celebrated together like it really meant something.

Saw and thought the same as I rewound the goal several times on ifollow. Also love Akpan’s celebration, relief and passion coming out and then a kick to the advertising board. Another sign how Hopkin has influenced a ‘togetherness’ in this squad. We wouldn’t have been celebtrating this goal pre Hopkin, rather already in the dressing room reflecting on another defeat.

Hope they take this into the Wycombe game. Peterborough and Barnsley did us a massive favour getting back into their respective games, and the table could have looked a lot worse than it does now. Such are the fine margins of the bottom half of the table, we really need to give it our all at Wycombe and hope to avoid defeat.

Surprised to see Whalley on the bench for them last night. Good player at this level.

As was ours on their first. Good run and a good ball, but there seemed to be a breakdown between O’Conner and NKP.

Still buzzing from that! Appart from the obvious performances I was really impressed with the new LB Wood. Hopefully it's not too serious an injury.

Bet Charlie will be gutted to have missed out on that match though, poor sod!

There was a moment just before he went off where they played a ball through into the six yard box and and his positioning allowed him to make a a great covering tackle. I remember thinking that if Chicksen has played, that would likely have resulted in a goal.

I do. He's like Joe Hart. Always bouncing about like hes off his tits, waving his arms and punching the air celebrating goals like a fan, but in goalkeeping terms makes very poor decisions. Free kick beats him on his side of the goal, penalty conceeded after he sliced a clearance under no pressure which landed 35 yards from goal and put us straight on back foot which we couldn't recover from.
I cant remember any game this season when ive thought "O Donnell saved us there"
