    Maybe get the teachers to teach and get more mangement in to deal with budgets etc. That meeting they showed discussing budgets had ten teachers in it. Maybe their time would be better spent teaching.

    It's why I stopped teaching. I love the teaching bit, I hate all the admin, probably because I'm not good at it! Why make people do what they're not good at and give them less time to do the stuff they are good at which in turn disadvantages the poeple you're trying to help. Didnt make sense to me.

    Mum had a cat called Millwall it was a stray with a broken tail that followed her home, went round to our three dogs gave them a whack each on the nose and then settled in.
